Flight cancelled

No rating, you are that bad. You cancel my flight with only 2 options that couldn't work and cost me a lot of money and I am now bedridden over it. Now you won't refund me for my emotional support dog who you forced into cargo. None of your staff cares about your clients. You are disgusting! You lied to get my money, then won't give it back because you don't want to. Disgusting! You should be ashamed, but that only happens when you have a modicum of caring.

Refund outstanding since April/2020

I’ve booked a flight with Aeroméxico for April 2020 for 2 persons. The flight got cancelled by the airline. No follow up. No voucher, no refund, nothing offered. Since that time I am waiting for my refund. It’s incredible that no one feels responsible. This is the worst service I ever have experienced. There is zero orientation for customers. Don’t forget dear Aeroméxico employees the customers pay for your living. And the customers want solutions and not being sent from A to B without any solution for years. When are you going to refund covid cancellations? It’s been more than 2 years of waiting without any information.

Travel regulations from CAN to MEX

Hello, I am travelling to Cancun via your airline from Toronto, Pearson airport on 15th September, 2022. Do I need a negative COVID -19 test or RTPCR before departure to exit Toronto? Will I need a negative proof of test while leaving Cancun? I have a valid study visa for Canada, which is sufficient for my entry to Mexico correct? Thank you.

Airline ticket

I have waited three months for a refund / voucher for three canceled tickets from Puerto Escondido to Mexico City for myself, wife and daughter due to Hurricane Agatha. I have emailed and called customer service no less than ten times. The last I waited for 2 hours 23 minutes before giving up. Literally the WORST customer service!

Cancelation of open ticket

In the summer of 2021 I booked a ticket for my wife and I to Guadalajara from Canada. Due to Covid concerns I cancelled our ticket in October asking to keep the ticket open for use in 2022. In Aug. this year I called to book the ticket. During that call the booking agent indicated that the ticket was canceled. I am looking to have the ticket reinstated. Our reservation code was CZJWXN and the ticket reservation was YFRHPM. Thank you

Refund a ticket

I cancelled a reservation and was told that the ticket would remain open for a year. When I called to rebook the ticket with in the year, it had been canceled. The agent said I should pursue the issue with customer service. Customer service has been unresponsive. I would like to get a response from aero Mexico and get a new ticket or get my money back.

How can I get my money back

I booked a ticket with Aeromexico When I arrive to the payment it was saying An error occurred , try again later Later I did all the process again The payment goes through And I received the confirmation number And tickets details When I checked my bank account I see That the payment of 737.86 plus 66.20 total 804.06£ Has been paid to Aeromexico When I tried to pas money to my account for other bills that I have to pay I realised That my money goes again to Aeromexico And I see that Aeromexico Trying to collect the payment twice I called my bank and they said they will solve it But nothing yet I spoke to Aeromexico costumer service To tell them why they trying to charge me twice , you need to stop requesting payment for a ticket that was not going through

They gave me my suitcase with a destroyed wheel, so the suitcase los all its comfort, now it can not be Carrier confortable, I made the claim and they Stiller do not answer o give me a solution, the business class ticket is not cheap. I need to have my suitcase replenished as son as posible.

I have fly for July 25,unfortunately my daughters passport is expired and still don't receive the new one,i tried to cancel my flight or get a refund,they don't want to give me a refund,the costumers service is a nightmare.they don't help at all.

Lost baggage

I traveled from Lima,Peru to Mexico City. My flight got rebooked to American Airlines from Mexico City to Phoenix,AZ and then to San Diego. I never received my luggage which now is the possession of Aeromexico in Costa Rica, according to American Airlines. I need my bags to be sent to San Diego. 004546****, 004556****.
