I took a flight ticket with KLM from GDL to DF to AMS to BRU this is ok but on way back on Nov 2 2020 I went from BRU to AMS to DF. No problem. But then the problems started : my flight 9032 KL was canceled, my airplane from AMS arrived 30 min late and had to take a Volaris ticket at 2,320 pesos. My flight with Aeromexico was paid but unavailable. Am requesting 2,320 pesos from Aeromexico for my flight. If you wish me to sent scans let me know. iMPOSSIBLE TO ADD MY PROOF OF PAYMENT..GIVE ME YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND i CAN SENT IT YOU. Roland Vanhoudt

Miss treatment of a customer

Miss treatment of a customer. After flying for three hours and landing in Mexico DF. She was already sit down in first class and waiting to takeoff but they kept him for 2 1/2 hours in the plane and later she was offer to fly next day with the $500 bonus. Yes they gave her next day flight but in economy and she waited three hours in the terminal . There was no onethere was no one available

They are constantly hanging fligts

I fly from Reynosa to Mexico City, Acapulco, Cancun, etc. AeroMéxico is constantly changing times on my flights. Extremely frustrating and nerve wrecking that they have absolutely no regards or consideration for the passengers needs. I keep telling them please don't change my flight. Its VERY DANGEROUS for me to get to Reynosa after 6, YET it never fails they keep doing it.

User's recommendation: ABSOLUTLEY NOT - FLY VIVA AEROBUS instead.

To whom it may concern: I purchased a ticket to Merida, Mexico from Harrisburg, PA.leaving on August 28 returning on Sept. 2. I was recently exposed to Covid from my grandmother, aunt and cousin. I have been trying to contact someone regarding my ticket for the last week. I know I would not be able to board a flight not knowing weather I had Covid or not. So instead of taking the flight I have been trying to get general information on what I needed to do regarding my ticket. I would not have received my test results from by the time my flight was leaving. Please contact me to let me know what I need to do, to get a refund or to use my ticket at a different time.

Complaint about check in person at Aeropuerto Benito Juarez

Check in person was rude, inconsiderate and threat me. I have a heart condition. I got a blood shot eye after the incident. Please give your personal the proper training. I am an American citizen. What would be the punishment for your employee.

The phone was making an echo and I couldn't understand anything it said

There is a public health and safety issue happening in Puerto Escondido. They have shut down the restaurants bars beaches in every tourist attraction due to COVID-19 spreading. I need to change my reservation.

I Jose W Troya Jiménez and my minor daughter Emily Juliana Troya, we bought two roundtrip flight tickets from Toronto Quito on December 10, 2020, the flight was scheduled for December 18, 2020 which we were not allowed boarding due to lack of knowledge of boarding personnel. The requested by Aeroméxico personal boarding health control form was not available online but had to be filled out once arriving at the Quito airport. This reflects a complete ignorance of the boarding personnel. I have requested a refund of the money and to date there is no response. Aeromexico should index the expenses and hardships that we have had to go through as a result of this incident. As of today, the letter of credit with which I bought the flights is expired and not renewed. I have requested that the amount mentioned above be reimbursed to another number Credit Card already emailed before. I'm awaiting for prompt response before contacting the consumer protection service. Thanks Jose

Bad customer service never answer the call

Really bad service never answer the call and press the opción never transfer any way I dont like when you ask for represent and the call is off
