Aeromexico's staff ( outsourced to Swissport) at the airport in Chicago are the worst customers service staff a traveler could encounter. This past December 2013, eventhough I got to the International gate with about 2 hours before my scheduled departure time I was told I could not flight anymore. These Swissport Employees despite of being bad workers, they were making fun of the bad situation I was confronting and not helpful at all.

There were several other travelers in my situation, so I am assuming Aeromexico makes money by stealing peoples plans and dreams as they start their vacation.

I was forced to buy a different set of tickets through a different airline to be able to execute my travel plans.

My advise do not buy tickets from Aeromexico or any other carrier that is represented by Swissport staff.
