I travel 3-5 times a year, so I've been on a fair share of different airlines. This is my first time flying with Aeromexico, and STAY AWAY. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any airline in my life. I had a flight from Morelia > Mexico City > Los Angeles > Seattle. Aeromexico airline really sucks. I had a problem myself - a flight from mexico city to JFK, I missed the flight because of their immigration form and when I went to their agents at the airport to get on the next flight I was told there is no next flight until the following week and I have to pay a new fare. Why do I have to pay another fare when I paid my return trip? Mexico airport is the worse - they need to hire more bilingual people. Too... Read more

Same thing happened to me also. After the website bounced the payment, I called AeroMexico and gave them all the card info again. Then they said "Your card didn't go through. Do you have another?" They gave me the MoneyGram spiel and I contacted Bank of America and talked to eight different people and they couldn't even find a transaction record where they tried to put the card through. When attempting to check in yesterday for an Aeromexico return flight from Mexico City to the U.S. I was the told the flight was oversold and there were no seats for me and my wife, despite having booked a round trip ticket on Aeromexico’s website months in advance, having a confirmation number and seats assigned. Airline offered me no refund for a food borne illness that prevented me from taking my trip. I booked a trip for myself and two passengers. Airline said no refunds whatsoever (even if there's Zika, lol). They issued me a "credit" noted on each persons accounts. This means that the other two passengers got credit for something they do not technically deserve... Airline has a 800 number on their website but this is basically only for reservation... Read more

My fiancee and I recently flew from Los Angeles, CA to Mexico City, connecting to Cabo San Lucas, on April 21. Flew in from Germany back to mexico with Lufthansa everything was great, the staff the arrival times and I got my luggage. Had a trip booked with Aeromexico for three including myself. A week later I received an email stating my Aeromexico flights got moved to Delta. I tried to do a name change for the other two passengers who did not want to contract Zika Virus as they are trying to get pregnant.
